This Sunday, the Vice Minister of Air Transport of the Ministry of People’s Power for Transport and president of the Venezuelan Consortium of Aeronautical Industries and Air Services S.A. (Conviasa), Ramón Velásquez Araguayán reported that “In 2020 we overcome obstacles with a safe, fast and efficient service, we transported 1,300,000 kilos of air cargo this year.”
Through a message on his Twitter account @rvaraguayan, he stated that Conviasa’s air cargo service guaranteed the entry into the country of food and medicines that contribute to the strengthening of the State’s economy and strategies.
In 2020 with a pandemic and adversities, Conviasa accomplished more than 305 maintenance tasks, these actions were consolidated thanks to the work of thousands of workers, who even knowing that humanitarian flights were attended during the pandemic, never stopped work.
