COVID-19: 910 Cases were reported this Sunday in Venezuela

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reported this Sunday that in the last 24 hours have been detected 910 new cases of Covid 19 throughout the national territory.

The Executive Vice President, through a telephone call transmitted to the country on a national joint broadcast, detailed that 855 cases are community-based, distributed by states as follows:

The Executive Vice President reported that 25 new imported cases were registered, of which 24 are coming from Colombia, and 1 comes from Brazil.

She reported the terrible decease of 8 infected people, of which 2 lived in the Capital District, 2 in Miranda state, 2 in Apure, 1 in Mérida and 1 in Táchira.

She specified that Venezuela registers 60,540 cases of Covid-19, of which 48,644 have recovered, 11,411 are active and 485 have deceased.

Regarding the 11,411 active Covid 19 cases that currently exist in the country, she indicated that there are 148 patients in intensive care units, 840 with moderate respiratory failure, 2,948 with mild respiratory failure, and 7,475 asymptomatic patients.

She recalled that, starting this Monday, the whole Venezuela enters the radical quarantine stage, except for sectors that are authorized such as food, medicines, public services.
