Ambassador Moncada alerts Guaidó has hired lawyers to fulfill the White House agenda

The representing Ambassador of Venezuela to the United Nations (UN), Samuel Moncada, condemned this Sunday the statements of the White House spokesman, who stated that he has already decided how the Constitution works in Venezuela, and that in January the president would be Juan Guaidó.

He denounced through his Twitter account that Guaidó has hired the best lawyers in order to carry out Abrams’ order: “Abrams affirmed in Washington that he has already decided how the Constitution works in Venezuela and that in January the president would be Guaidó. To that end, he ordered for the best jurists of the old and new generations to explain why there can be no elections in 2020″, he wrote on the social network.

“One of them is Allan Brewer Carías, whose magnum opus is the Carmona decree in 2002, which eliminated the entire rule of law and public powers. It will never be forgotten in the history of Venezuela”, said Moncada this Sunday.

The other lawyer is José Ignacio Hernández: “A hired witness of the foreign companies that sue our country and, at the same time, a Venezuelan lawyer appointed by Guaidó”.

For Moncada, these “appointments” are a “unique case of pillage and treason to be studied by everyone. Lawyers for invasion and looting!’
