A seism of magnitude 4.4 was registered this Thursday, at 5:39 a.m., as reported the Venezuelan Seismological Research Foundation (Funvisis).
In a message published by the institution on its website and on its account on the Twitter social network, it was pointed out that the telluric movement occurred 42 km west of La Tortuga island, at a depth of 9.0 km.
The tremor was felt in areas of Caracas an Miranda state, as report users of the social networks.
