The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, along with the Venezuelan people, expresses his dismay at the physical departure of Spanish communist leader Julio Anguita, as expressed the Chancellor of the Republic, Jorge Arreaza, on the Twitter social network.
“Our condolences to his family, friends, the PCE and the United Left”, said President Maduro on the social network.
For his part, Chancellor Arreaza said: “The political traces and ethical praxis of Comrade Julio are indelible. His support for the Bolivarian Revolution was always present. He knew how to spread solidarity and hope in the popular movements of Spain, Europe and the world. Honor and glory! Ever onward to victory!”.
