Almagro is reprimanded by Caricom against interventionist declarations towards Venezuela

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, announced that the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) demands the Secretary of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, to imperatively and publicly clarify that he does not speak on behalf of the Member States of the OAS when it refers to the recognition of deputy Juan Guaidó, and rejects this inappropriate action.
This message was spread through the official account of the Vice President of the Republic, @DrodriguezVen, who indicated that it is not the first time that Almagro gives statements without authorization from the States.
