Venezuela reports 15 new Covid-19 cases, and totals 455 infections

Venezuela confirmed this Thursday 15 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, which brings the number of infections in the country to 455, all imported from Ecuador, Colombia, Brasill and Chile, as reported by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during a health journey from the Ayacucho Hall of the Military Circle, in Caracas.

The Head of State warned that there is a majority trend of imported cases from the Colombian focus, from the Brazil focus, from the Ecuador focus.

For her part, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, noted that, of the new imported cases, 6 come from Ecuador who arrived in the country on the humanitarian flight of May 9; 6 are coming from Brazil, 2 from Colombia and 1 from Chile.

-A 42-year-old male, residing in Falcón state, entered by humanitarian flight on May 9 from Ecuador and was serving quarantine in Los Caracas. He is currently admitted to the sentinel hospital in La Guaira, under free treatment.

-Female, 3 years old, residing in Falcón state, entered the country through the humanitarian flight on May 9 from Ecuador, serving quarantine in Los Caracas. Granddaughter of the previous case. Currently admitted to the sentinel hospital in La Guaira under free treatment.

-A 26-year-old male, a resident of Falcón state, entered the country through a humanitarian flight on May 9 from Ecuador, completed quarantine in Los Caracas. Currently admitted to the sentinel hospital in La Guaira receiving free treatment.

-24-year-old male, a resident of Falcón state, entered the country through the humanitarian flight of May 9 from Ecuador, serving quarantine in Los Caracas. He is admitted to the sentinel hospital in La Guaira receiving free treatment.

-Female 22 years old, resident of Falcón state, who entered the country through the humanitarian flight of May 9 from Ecuador and completed quarantine in Los Caracas. She is admitted to the sentinel hospital in La Guaira receiving free treatment.

-A 36-year-old female, resident of Merida state, entered the country through the humanitarian flight last May 9 from Ecuador, serving quarantine in Los Caracas. She is admitted to the sentinel hospital in La Guaira receiving free treatment.

-Female, 33 years old, a native of the state of La Guaira, entered the country through the Táchira PASI coming from Cartagena, Colombia. Fulfilling quarantine in Los Caracas.

-Male, 39 years old, a native of the Capital District, entered the country from Chile. He was quarantined in Los Caracas. He is currently admitted to the sentinel hospital in La Guaira receiving free treatment.

-27-year-old female, who entered through a boat through Río Negro, Amazonas state, coming from San Gabriel, Brazil. She is confined in a CDI receiving free treatment.

-23-year-old male, who entered through a boat through Río Negro, Amazonas state, from San Gabriel, Brazil. He is confined in a CDI receiving free treatment.

-35-year-old male, who entered through a boat through Río Negro, Amazonas state, from San Gabriel, Brazil. He is confined in a CDI receiving free treatment. (Imported Case).

18-year-old female from Bolívar state, who entered through a boat through Río Negro, Amazonas state, from San Gabriel, Brazil. Shows a history of asthma. She is confined in a CDI receiving free treatment.

-2-year-old male, from Bolívar state, who entered through a boat through Río Negro, Amazonas state, from San Gabriel, Brazil. She is the daughter of the previous case. He is being held in a sentinel hospital in Caroní receiving free treatment.

-Female, 55 years old, a native of Bolívar state, who entered the country from Manaus, Brazil. She is being held in the Santa Elena de Uairén hospital receiving free treatment.

-Female, 25 years old, a native of Táchira state, who entered the country from Cúcuta, Colombia. She is confined in a CDI receiving free treatment.
