This Monday was installed a consultation journey for the elaboration of the second Human Rights plan, on the subject of the Letter of Understanding, signed between Venezuela and the Office of the High Commissioner of the United Nations Organization (UN) for Human Rights, as informed the Executive Secretary of the National Council on this matter, Larry Devoe.
The activity takes place over two days and seeks to take diverse experiences in Latin America for the elaboration of the second work plan in Human Rights of Venezuela.
For this November 26, the delegation of Mexico and other countries will make a presentation, said Devoe, who stressed that representatives of the Public Ministry, Ombudsman’s Office, Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), among other entities of the State, also participate in this activity.
«Our first plan 2016-2019 ends its implementation and we are going to do the second one, so we consider it important to know how other countries have done, what their experience has been at the time of writing that second version», said the secretary, as refers a press release.
