Tour around Europe to strengthen Venezuela's foreign peace policy was a success

The Chancellor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, described as successful the official tour carried out by his team to European countries to denounce the policies and unilateral coercive measures led by the United States government against the Venezuelan people.
During a press conference held on Tuesday at the Chancellery headquarters in Caracas, the high official made a report of the meetings held with authorities in Italy, Austria, Spain, Portugal and China.
In his speech, the diplomat said that in his visit to Italy he ratified the willingness of President Nicolás Maduro to incorporate the Vatican into international initiatives to facilitate political dialogue in Venezuela.
“Our central task in our visit to Italy was to intervene in the 41st FAO Session, in it we asked the Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, and all attached bodies, that it is necessary to raise their voice to defend the peoples who are attacked are unilateral coercive measures, “he added.
He said that during his visit to Spain he met with the authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that nation, Josep Borrel, an activity that he described as a meeting full of frankness and cordiality.
During the press conference, Arreaza announced that the Bolivarian Government expects next week the visit of the special representative of the European Union, Enrique Iglesias, as spokesman for the regional bloc in the process of dialogue in Venezuela.
