The President of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Diosdado Cabello, indicated that the Law Project of the Plan de la Patria (Homeland Plan), which was submitted on Tuesday to a debate initiated by Minister for Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, is a plan that considers the human being as its purpose and center.
For his part, Menéndez said that it is the road map for a town in its liberation process. He stressed that the new Homeland Plan strengthens social missions and establishes the bases to overcome oil rentism and increase production in the country.
Cabello recalled that the content of the document was discussed by more than 3 million people throughout the country, during assemblies and popular debates, in a different and inclusive practice that was never done during the fourth Republic.
