The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, called on the Chilean people “not to be carried away by hate campaigns and open the doors to a sincere relationship of union, liberation and social happiness”.
Through his personal account on the Twitter social network, the national president sent these simple and humble words “to the Chilean brothers and sisters, heirs of O’Higgins and Neruda.”
