The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that Venezuela has been advancing in the Gold Savings Plan, which will allow the development of the Orinoco Mining Arc by 2019, with a view to generating wealth in the order of the 5 billion dollars.
