In an act of graduation of the Simón Rodríguez (Educational) Micro-Mission, from the Theater of the Military Academy in Caracas, he said: «It is a battle that humanity is giving, Venezuela and ALBA, we are in the world’s vanguard saying that people need education, culture, values, love, an investment for life», he explained.
In the same order of ideas, the Head of State pointed out that Venezuela has 90% of schooling and that the goal is to reach 100% in the 2018-2019 school year. Finally, he announced the creation, from the ministries of Culture and Education, of an International Center of Studies for Education, Action and Decolonization of Venezuela that will be called «Luis Antonio Bigott».
The Simón Rodríguez Micro-Mission strengthens the process of student education in the country by helping teachers improve their methods and knowledge through specializations that allow them to impart education in a dynamic way and with better communication.
This program, created by the Bolivarian Government, was created in 2014 to strengthen the training of teachers in different learning areas, free of charge, in order to strengthen the national education system.
