The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, completed his state visit to the People’s Republic of China to strengthen relations of friendship and comprehensive strategic cooperation between the Asian nation and Venezuela, which he described as successful after arriving in Venezuela:
“After the great success of our tour through the People’s Republic of China, we have just landed in our beloved homeland. The Economic Recovery Plan has the wholehearted support of our big brother”, wrote the Head of State on Twitter in the early hours of Monday morning.
The national leader departed to China last Wednesday to start his work agenda in the Asian nation, where he participated on Friday at the close of the 16th meeting of the Joint Commission, held in Beijing, when both nations signed 28 new agreements of strategic cooperation in the areas of oil, energy, mining, gold, iron, technology, education and culture.
