The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, affirmed this Saturday from Miraflores Palace, that the Summit of the Americas that took place this Friday and Saturday in Lima, Peru, has failed.
“I come here and I see you people from very early, and I see you and I feel like a President with a people, full of love, I feel loved, weathered in the struggle of all the years that has corresponded to us”, he said.
Nicolás Maduro stressed that the Bolivarian Revolution has been from battle in battle always supported by the people.
“When you see some Macri, some Santos talking about Colombia, we realize that they are Presidents hated by the people, that’s why I congratulate you for taking the streets in defense of the socialist process”.
He described as brave and patriotic the people who demonstrated in the streets and avenues of Caracas this April 14 in defense of the sovereignty of the country and the peoples of the world.
