The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela will install this April 12 the Commission for Truth and Justice, with the support of the Union of South American Nations (Unasur), as reported President Nicolas Maduro.
It was known that the initiative will be coordinated by the Vice President of the Republic, Aristobulo Isturiz. Will be summoned the victims, representatives of the Great Patriotic Pole (GPP) and four representatives of the Venezuelan opposition.
Maduro pointed out that this commission will be seated in plurality, and will seek, among other things, to repair the victims and guarantee the non-repetition of Coups d’Etat.
“Achieving peace is to obtain the right to peace, to the future, to prosperity, to coexist and to democracy,” said the President.
The Secretary General of Unasur, Ernesto Samper, will be present on Tuesday at the installation meeting, to be held in Miraflores Palace.
