FANB is a column of integrity and peace of the Republic

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, led a meeting with generals and admirals of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) in Fort Tiuna, Caracas, where he assured that the military corps is the essence of peace and integrity in the country, before imperialist threats.

“It is a backbone of the stability and integrity of our republic, to continue strengthening the capacity for work, influence, compliance in their goals and objectives of our FANB, vital soul of the new homeland”, he said.

The Head of State highlighted the exemplary conduct of the institution to preserve the security, public order and peace of the country.

“It is one of the institutions with greater capacity and quality in the analysis, in the knowledge and in the formulation of public policies. It is difficult to find an institution in Venezuela that has the ability to see and act as it has the Operational Strategic Command”, he said.

He highlighted the power of the civic-military union, as a fundamental axis for the preservation of the freedom and independence of Bolivar’s Homeland.

“I have always had and have an absolute and infinite faith in the capacity of the Venezuelan people and the FANB to face any difficulty, any obstacle, any aggression that comes our way and for the superior power of the moral and the spirit of Venezuela. They have not been able, nor could ever be able (to defeat us) under any circumstances”, he said.

He added that the fundamental reason for the imperial onslaught that occurred between April and July of the current year is the dispute over territories, mineral wealth, as well as political and power spaces.
