Maduro asks Homeland Congress to concrete proposals for the Bolivarian Economic Agenda


During his participation in the installation of the Homeland Congress, held on Wednesday in the Poliedro de Caracas, the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, called for concrete proposals to all social movements that make it, and support to overcome the economic war in the country with the impulse of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda.
“I hope to make the proposals you bring into lines of action, and thus I come to request that the Homeland Congress evaluates the Government I head, supporting the three priority agendas: The Economic one, that of social missions and the political battle” said the Head of State.
Regarding the Bolivarian Economic Agenda, he stressed the importance of the Homeland Congress to study it in detail and express its opinion on how it works. Regarding that of the missions, he noted the need for resenting initiatives from this space to continue supporting social policies, and in the political battle, said it is essential to analyze the onslaught from abroad against the country and its interventionist intentions.
In this regard, he qualified the Homeland Congress as the most powerful tool to build most of the new historic bloc and defeat the coup pretenses of the Adeco(*)-bourgeois National Assembly, “Homeland Congress vs National Assembly, go to the streets, to the battle”.
“Today the national plenaries are installed for each of the forces, and the State plenaries on Saturday and Sunday, to reach conclusions with a counseling sense and be able to apply the three Rs of this stage of the revolution: the Rectification, Rebellion and Rebirth of the Chavista policies. I aspire that on Tuesday, April 19 when we are making the first conclusions of this congress, I would receive concrete proposals for this process of rectification and thorough renovation of the Bolivarian policies”, said the National Chief.
Notably, the Homeland Congress is comprised by social movements, professional political parties, social organizations, artists, intellectuals, and others.
