The Public Ministry (MP) has commissioned on Sunday two prosecutors to investigate the alleged acts of violence that occurred last Friday in the town of Tumeremo, Bolivar state, in order to verify the death of a group of miners.
According to a press release, the prosecutors will work along with the Technical- Scientific and Investigations Unit of the Public Ministry, seated in Bolivar state; and of the Corps of Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations (CICPC), which are carrying out the respective inspections in the places where allegedly occurred the violent incidents.
Similarly, the Higher Prosecutor of that state is interviewing the relatives of the alleged victims, in order to obtain the necessary information to resolve the events of last Friday.
