For Coup Plotters! Homeland Bloc requested investigation before TSJ against MUD deputies

The head of the Parliamentary Bloc of the Homeland, Héctor Rodríguez, reported that an investigation was filed against the MUD deputies before the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, for violating the Constitution and intending to execute a Coup d’Etat.
“We have requested that a process of investigation be initiated against the deputies of the Board of Democratic Unity (MUD) … who yesterday, in an irresponsibly manner, committed an attempted Coup d’Etat … we are going to act within the legal and political framework “Rodríguez said.
He added that: “Not only they attempt a Coup d’Etat, but they also blatantly violate the Venezuelan legal order and the Constitution.”
“We are responsible for denouncing the parliamentary Coup d’Etat openly against the Constitution, against the peace of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, against the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, not only against the Government of President Nicolás Maduro, wanting to declare a political responsibility and a political judgment (impeachment) that is not established at all in this Constitution, but in their consistent attitude in 2016.
