President Maduro started international tour to recover oil prices


The President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, departed from the Simon Bolivar International Airport in Vargas state, to undertake a tour through some member countries of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec ) and not OPEC-member countries.
The aim of this international tour is to promote the stable oil prices, following the agreements established in the last extraordinary meeting of that body. “I’m departing to a much needed tour to consolidate stability in the oil market and recover realistic prices,” stressed the Head of State.
Maduro added that: “Now the Council of Ministers is going to meet to implement all that was announced this Thursday.”
Finally, he said: “We want to achieve a 2017 as the 1st year of a decade of energy stability.”
