President Maduro met with governors and mayors of the GPPSB

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, led a working meeting with governors and mayors of the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar (GPPSB), with the goal of advancing the implementation of the Plan of Seven Transformations for the 2025–2031 term. The meeting also sought to strengthen coordination between the different levels of government, following the strategic guidelines of the State.

During the meeting, key aspects of the Plan de la Patria (Homeland Plan) were addressed, including the strengthening of the productive economy, integral security, and the exercise of People’s Power. The authorities present evaluated the progress achieved by the Bolivarian Revolution and its impact on the construction of the Communal State, framed within a policy of sovereign, inclusive, and participatory development.

The event was attended by Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez; the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello; and the First Lady, Cilia Flores. Regional representatives, National Assembly deputies, and youth spokespersons also attended. The meeting allowed for the review of territorial coordination mechanisms and the definition of joint actions for the implementation of public policies throughout the country.

The Seven Transformations Plan (7T), which became a law, establishes strategic lines that encompass scientific and technological development, energy transition, comprehensive defense, economic strengthening, and the improvement of public services. Each of these axes is aimed at consolidating territorial momentum and moving toward a sovereign, articulated, and efficient management model capable of responding to the needs of the population.

The Venezuelan Head of State emphasized that the implementation of the 7T requires the commitment of all levels of government and the active participation of the organized public. He emphasized that the goal is to guarantee balanced development in all regions, enhancing productive capacities, and strengthening national unity. With this meeting, the Executive reaffirms its intention to consolidate a management model that integrates all sectors in building a more prosperous country with a greater social justice.
