The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced that he will give a very special boost to the Communal Banks and to the productive, concrete, practical, viable and self-sustaining projects of the Communes and Communal Circuits throughout the country.
To relaunch these instances, he proposed a meeting between public and private bankers with the rector of the national economy, the Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, in order to place a revolving seed capital in a special portfolio for community projects, in order to accelerate this relaunch.
In addition, the President recalled that there is a commitment with the youth and the cultural sector, so that they decide their projects in each of the Communes and Communal Circuits, during the third and fourth national popular consultation of this 2025.
Political Revolution:
The Venezuelan Dignitary was emphatic in pointing out that the Bolivarian Revolution is in the phase of the Political Revolution, which has a fundamental line, the construction of direct, protagonist democracy, of the communal, territorial and grassroots Government.
In this day that was accompanied in a videoconference by more than 5,338 Communal Circuits and more than 3,600 communes of the country, (to which) the head of State called to accelerate the entire issue of procedures.
He specified about the first community project chosen, and urged to complete the deposit so that all the Communal Circuits accelerate the processes and comply with the community that chose their project.
He referred to the fulfillment of what has been achieved, that is, that the governorates lower the resources for the second project that was left in the process.
Twelve years after the planting of the Commander:
Twelve years after the physical departure of Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela highlighted the work of the eternal leader, “The Blue Book”, which – he said – serves as a support and manual to understand where we come from, where we are and where we are going:
“We have our roots and we share deep roots with beautiful revolutionary processes, brothers of Venezuela,” he said, praising the experiences of “the Cuban Revolution, the Nicaraguan Revolution, the Bolivian Revolution, the Central American Revolution, the Caribbean Revolution, because we are part of a great movement, that is how Bolívar and Chávez saw it, that is how we see it.”
Along these lines, he pointed out that the Bolivarian Revolution of the 21st Century is part of a great liberation movement in Latin America and the Caribbean, with its own roots of being and doing: “You really are what you are when you do,” he said.
The President stressed that there are currently great tasks because all the steps taken are becoming “this beauty,” referring to the 7T Plan:
“We can tell Chavez: Commander, there in the heights where you are, you know that this is your plan, the 7T plan. Nothing and no one will be able to stop the 7T plan. We have found our way, and no one will derail the path and the march of the Bolivarian Revolution in the rest of the 21st century,” he said.
These words were offered by the head of state during a televised meeting with Lara state, bordering Portuguesa state, where Jennifer Lamus, spokesperson for the El Maizal Communal Bank, highlighted the high level of organization from the grassroots.
