Oil industry has generated 1,057,000 barrels per day in January

The oil industry already has an average of 1,057,000 barrels of oil per day in January, and we are heading towards 1,500,000 on our own”, reported the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros.

For her part, the Minister of People’s Power for Hydrocarbons, Delcy Rodríguez, indicated that through hydrocarbons, the consolidation of policies directed not only to oil, but to thermoelectric plants, basic companies, is expected, since it has allowed an important leap in the Ferrominera del Orinoco and the promotion of basic companies through gas.

The also Vice President of the Republic added that gas should be an objective for petrochemicals in this year 2025 so that Venezuela exports its first gas molecule, a dream of all Venezuelans, and in this way, convert the country not only into oil exporters, but into gas exporters.

In this sense, she added that with the recovery of a resin plant that exists in the country, the performance of 600 industries in plastics can be generated, to promote the industrial capacities that Venezuela has in all areas, and thus convert the Hydrocarbon Engine into a driver of all these strategic areas of the nation:

«Investments and alliances have already been signed with gas exporting companies and internationally recognized transnational companies for the Cocuina and Dragon fields,» said Minister Rodríguez.
