Following instructions from President Nicolás Maduro, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, led a meeting of the Council of Sectoral Vice Presidents on Tuesday, during which were evaluated the guidelines that will guarantee the country’s economic growth were presented and the work plan to strengthen the Communal Government in 2025.
The authorities ratified that the first Popular Consultation will be held on January 26, which is part of the nine elections scheduled for this year, with the aim of promoting participatory and leading democracy.
Likewise, the strengthening of the new democratic model as the epicenter of national development, the expansion of cities of peace and the installation of offices of justices of the peace throughout the territory were discussed.
In addition, the planning to boost the scope of the 1X10 program for Good Government was reviewed, ensuring immediate responses to the needs of the Venezuelan people.
During this session, Rodríguez and the Sectorial Vice Presidents presented strategies that will continue to support the country’s economic growth, despite the adverse context marked by more than 940 unilateral coercive measures imposed on the country.
Through the Productive Economy Council, the Bolivarian Government reaffirms its commitment to dialogue and the incorporation of all productive sectors in the construction of a prosperous future for Venezuela.
