In a new edition of the “Con Maduro+” program, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, held an exchange of ideas with political analyst Diego Ruzzarín, in which he reflected on the upcoming presidential elections in the United States, considering them as a mirror of the social decadence that the North American nation is going through:
“What can be seen is that there is a decline in the political, cultural and economic hegemony of the United States (US), there is an objective decline in its military capacity, and that decline is expressed in its profound power, and in those who govern, therefore in the United States the elections will be an expression of that crisis,» declared the head of state, during the conversation that revolved around the geopolitical implications of modern world events, in favor of the development of a multipolar and democratic world.
“We don’t know what will happen in the US presidential elections, but here in Venezuela we will guarantee peace, walking with our own model, in this world that has changed,” stated the Venezuelan leader, while commenting that, although the outcome of the elections in the United States is uncertain, it is evident that it will be an indicator of the crisis of dominance that country faces. For its part, Venezuela will continue to make constant progress towards the development of its own hegemonic power, guaranteeing their freedom and independence.
In this sense, with a vision towards the future, the president highlighted the Venezuelan Government’s commitment to a pluripolar world, which he considers the viable alternative for human existence, compared to a unipolar model that, in his words, leads to extinction.
