President asks to deepen consensus against criminal sanctions and recover the Social Welfare State

In Venezuela there is a consensus on four fundamental issues, asserted the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, during his program “Con Maduro+”, on Monday, August 14, held at Miraflores Palace.

The first consensus that moves all Venezuelans, indicated the President, is to continue the path of recovery and economic growth, within the framework of the construction of a new economy, which is “fundamental and of the first level: to continue building a diversified economy and everyone, making their contribution, support of public policies and financing”.

The second consensus has to do with the rejection of the criminal sanctions that weigh on the country, the unilateral coercive measures: “It is a consensus of 84% of all of Venezuela, according to all the surveys, it is demanded that all sanctions be lifted (…) for they to leave us quiet, in peace, in calm. Sanctions out of here!

The Head of State ratified Venezuela’s position to preserve peace, as part of a third consensus, in order to always seek internal stability, community work and reject the call for hatred, intolerance and fascism.

“Venezuela declares itself as anti-fascist, anti-hate, anti-intolerance,” the Dignitary emphasized, adding as a fourth consensus the need to rescue the Social Welfare State “which we had, the need for social equality, the need to heal the social wound that there is about salary, about social security ”.

“There are four fundamental consensuses”, in which “everyone’s work is fundamental, to move forward. Let us unite around these consensuses, let us build a higher consensus, the union of all of Venezuela to move our country forward towards a new prosperity and social well-being”.

At the beginning of the 12th edition of the television program, the head of state pointed out that the real Venezuela is censored and walled up by the big media that want to sow fascism in the country, through hatred, lies and the violence:

“Be on alert, Venezuela! A poisonous, perverse, Machiavellian cocktail. Venezuela will continue its path of peace, solidarity, growth, because the destiny of Venezuela is progress”, he asserted.
