This Thursday, the creation of a direct telephone line between the citizen security forces and the People’s Power was announced, with the aim of strengthening the interconnection of both to achieve timely attention in the event of any eventuality:
“Now we have the 911SP3+ toll-free number, which translates to 911-7730, a line that will be a pilot plan in the Greater Caracas, as a constant communication mechanism between citizens and police forces,” reported the Sectoral Vice President for Citizen Security and Peace, A/J Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, while indicating that with this communication channel the population will be able to make complaints both in terms of security and for the attention of public services.
The launch of this line was carried out during the meeting held by the also Minister of People’s Power for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace with the 136 Chiefs of the Peace Quadrants of the Venezuelan capital and the 119 persons responsible for the territorial political axes of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), held at the headquarters of the Municipal Police Corps of Caracas in the La Vega parish:
“It is important to maintain permanent articulation with the people, that it is not only done by a group in an application, but also to expand and use other means that allow us to be aware of what the communities need (…) We must always improve in for the well-being of all Venezuelan men and women”, he said.
Likewise, he stressed that the Chiefs of the Peace Quadrants, together with the organized People’s Power must carry out preventive activities that create spaces for life and peace in popular areas:
“We have the public policy of the State: the Great Mission Quadrants of Peace, and our Vertex 1 in Comprehensive Prevention for Life and Peace, that is why we must bring sports, culture, recreation and health to all spaces in the Venezuelan area”, he pointed out.
