The Minister for Petroleum, Tareck El Aissami, certified this Monday that he is in good health after having undergone surgery for an inguinal hernia, and condemned the manipulation incurred by the Reuters news agency with a false publication about a supposed serious health state of his person.
In a video message published on his account on the instagram social network @tareckpsuv, El Aissami thanked all the friends from Venezuela and the world who expressed their solidarity and good wishes in the face of the false information published by the Reuters news agency, which he intended to impose a false matrix about his state of health:
“To the workers of PDVSA -Petróleos de Venezuela- my hug, my infinite loyalty to you; also thank all the friends of Venezuela and the world, regarding a false information launched by a news agency called Reuters. How unfortunate. However, here we are, in full health, with this renewed strength to continue carrying out the dream of our liberator Simón Bolívar, the cause of our commander Hugo Chávez”, he said.
