The Constitutional Chamber of the TSJ declared “Null” the request for review filed by Freddy Superlano, of two judgments of the Electoral Chamber on the elections in Barinas.
This was reported by the highest court in the country in a message published on its official account on the Twitter social network @TSJ_Venezuela in which is announced this decision of the Constitutional Chamber.

It transpired that with a joint presentation by the magistrates that make up the Constitutional Chamber, it was declared null the request for constitutional review, attempted by citizen Freddy Francisco Superlano Salinas, of the judgments of the Electoral Chamber numbers 78 and 79, both dated November 29, 2021, referring to the elections to the position of Governor of the state of Barinas held on November 21.
This is stated in ruling No. 0732-2021 of the Constitutional Chamber of the Highest Court of the country.
