The National Electoral Council met with representatives of the Carter Center, an organization that will accompany the Regional and Municipal Elections, scheduled for next Sunday, November 21.
The information was released by rector Tania D’amelio through the Twiter platform this Monday, November 15.
Andrea Nelli, Salvador Romero and Mercê Castells participated in the meeting for the organization that is authorized by the CNE to go to the voting centers to observe the development of the electoral process.
