The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced this Sunday that an antiviral called Favipiravir, which has had a great effect on the recovery of serious patients affected by Covid-19, has arrived in the country directly from the Republic of Russia.
In this sense, the Head of State explained that it is a highly potent antiviral, much alike Remdesivir: “We bring the best medicine in the world to Venezuela, thousands of doses have arrived from Russia, which should reach the country’s serious patients, in order to save lives for free”, he said.
Likewise, the National President made it clear that in Venezuela money is not spared to get the best treatments in the world to save Venezuelan lives for free and directly.
