Within the framework of the relaunch of the Great AgroVenezuela Mission, 100 metric tons of cocoa liquor were exported to the Republic of Cuba, as reported the Governor of Miranda state, Héctor Rodríguez, in an interaction via satellite with the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

He explained that the cocoa with which the liquor was produced was harvested in the Barloventeño axis of the Mirandean region and was processed under an alliance with a private sector company, located in Valles del Tuy.

He also specified that this effort is in addition to other items that are being produced in Miranda and that next week more than 500,000 coffee plants will be planted in his region.

Responding to the first vertex of this relaunch “Land and Productive Spaces”, in Lara state, the governor of the entity, Carmen Meléndez, delivered the award of land titles, corresponding to 50 hectares, for the benefit of 26 producers and producers, from the Palavecino municipality.

In this sense, she stressed that it is estimated to plant at least 20,000 hectares of soybeans in the state during 2020 and early 2021.

Simultaneously, in the Venezuelan plains, the governor of Cojedes state, Margaud Godoy, visited the “Libertad” tomato processing plant, where the productive boost of 100 tons per month of its derivatives is planned.

Godoy said that this multi-food company has been serving the Bolivarian Government since 2018 and it currently produces tomato sauce and paste, vinegar, among other consumer products.
