President Maduro: I send a hug full of love and faith to every Venezuelan home this Christmas


The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, sent a greeting to all the Venezuelan people, in the occasion of the celebration of Christmas on Tuesday, December 24 and called to continue cultivating hope:
“I send a hug full of love and faith to each Venezuelan home that prepares to receive the arrival of the child of the humble: the Child Jesus, our God. I invite you to cultivate hope on this day of rebirth of our Christian spirit. Merry Christmas beloved people!” is the message released by the Head of State on Twitter.
On November 1, the National Government officially started the celebration of Christmas 2019 throughout the country.
With regard to these dates, a series of special recreational and cultural activities for the whole family have been deployed in different parts of the country, as well as the journeys of distribution of toys to children in the national territory, and of pork leg meat and other food items as part of the Merry Christmas Plan 2019 executed by the National Government.
This Monday, in the Council of Ministers, the National President reported on the distribution of 13 million toys throughout the country, to which is added the sale of pork leg meat by the Local Supply and Production Committees (Clap).
