The US government is leading a conspiracy to internally weaken the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) through small groups of traitors, denounced on Saturday the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
«There is an empire that has raised the flag of the Monroe Doctrine; they have an unconventional war, a conspiracy with a lot of money to weaken, divide and destroy the FANB from within with a group of traitors», he said, at the G / J José Laurencio Silva Training Center, located in El Pao, Cojedes state.
The words of the Commander in Chief of the FANB refer to the position adopted by a small group of coup plotters, belonging to the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) and the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (Sebin), who tried unsuccessfully to perpetrate a Coup d’Etat last Tuesday in the Altamira highway distributor, in Caracas.
«Venezuela is not a destitute country, it has a professional body that is the central structure of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, perfectly trained to defend the national territory», said Maduro.
These statements were granted during the visit of the Dignitary to the camp of the Military Academy of the Bolivarian National Guard, which has more than 5,300 men and women willing to defend the national sovereignty.
