President Maduro holds Donald Trump as responsible for any violent action in Venezuela

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, on Monday held responsible to his US counterpart, Donald Trump, for any violent action in Venezuela.
“I hold Donald Trump responsible for any violence that may be in Venezuela, you will be responsible for the policy of a change of regime in Venezuela, and the blood that may run will be in your hands”, said the national president during the reception ceremony of the diplomatic representatives that were in the consulates and embassy of Venezuela in the United States.
The national leader indicated that, contrary to the US government, since he assumed the presidency of Venezuela until today: “always the message to the United States. it has been only one: dialogue, respect, non-interventionism towards Venezuela, and the response from Washington was always the same: contempt, underestimation and aggression”, he said.
The Head of State exhorted the national right wing to act with “courage” and to condemn the coup d’état that is developing from an imperial country against the nation.
“I make call to courage to the leaders of the opposition, to tell their true opinion. I know that the majority of opposition leaders are against bringing the country to extremism, but if they remain silent they will be accomplices by omission, it is time for courage, to say no to the coup d’état, to respect the Constitution and for a national dialogue”, he said.
Maduro once again ratified the opposition’s willingness to dialogue “with an open agenda, within the framework of the Constitution, with a single objective: peace, coexistence, respect, mutual recognition”.
