Saul Ortega, constituent, assured on Wednesday that: “the sanctions of Switzerland against Venezuelan officials are illegal”, also noting that this blockade seeks to generate paralyzing effects on the national economy.
The also vice president of the Commission for International Relations of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) regretted that “the European Union (EU) has declined so much and is a servile instrument to the United States”.
He also explained that the economic blockade affects the National Electric System (SEN), since it “requires a lot of investment and the vast majority of spare parts are imported”.
He assured that the fundamental weight of the Venezuelan crisis has to do with the sanctions against PDVSA, to which is added the fall in oil prices, something that has been encouraged by the United States.
