Maduro proposes to discuss Homeland Plan at the national, sectoral and territorial scale

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, raised this Monday to debate the 2019-2025 Homeland Plan at three scales: national, sectoral and territorial.

During the presentation of his annual message to the nation, he explained that the first level “is to define the key issues that the country has to be addressed and to advance in its solution: The issue of public security, the issue of the economy, the issue of development and the variants of the social mission system. The national issues”.

He described that the second level proposes to establish by sector the levels of action, among peasants, workers, entrepreneurs, young people, among others.

The third level, he said, will be territorial to establish the great works and tasks in each community of the country.

The highest authority of the nation said that these three scales “should give us a Superior Plan of the Homeland, improved, more adapted and relevant to the realities of the country. More connected with the aspirations, dreams, needs of our people. We have to establish a Plan of the Homeland that is real, that is a plan of the People”.

He specified that more than 1,500,000 Venezuelans have participated in the journeys of public debates for the construction of the Government plan for the 2019-2025 period, and invited the Great Patriotic Pole to join the debates to strengthen public policies promoted by the Bolivarian Revolution.

He added that only the Bolivarian process has a plan and a vision of the country to consolidate Venezuela as a power.
