Zamora Command: OCT-15 elections have been the most peaceful ones in our history

The head of the Zamora Command and Mayor of the Libertador district of the Capital District, Jorge Rodríguez, stressed that the electoral journey to elect Governors in Venezuela held last Sunday passed in full normality and peace, qualifying it as the most peaceful day of the year.

In a press conference, the Socialist leader said that the electoral process was an example for the world in terms of the speed, transparency and security of the electoral system.

“Some people should start by apologizing to the National Electoral Council, to the four rectors Tibisay Lucena, Tania D’Amelio, Socorro Hernández, Sandra Oblitas and rector Luis Emilio Rondón for the so many times that they have been insulted”, said Rodríguez.
