Socio-productive projects should be developed in the Ciudad Caribia urbanism located in Vargas state, and in the other state entities of the country, with the aim of encouraging the agrarian potential of the communities.
The instruction was given this Thursday by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, after completing the delivery of the housing number 1,300,000 of the Great Mission Housing Venezuela program, in the aforementioned urbanism.
The Head of State instructed ministers of People’s Power for the Communes and Social Movements, Erika Farías and for Urban Agriculture, Lorena Freitez, to follow up on this initiative, accompanied by C/A Wilmer Velázquez, recently appointed as the sole authority of Ciudad Caribia.
He also requested Daniel Aponte, Head of the Government of the Capital District, to make arrangements for in the community to set up a University Village that supports training in the agro-productive and organizational area.
«I have the resources to approve them in that investment and I am ready to support with everything the initiatives of the community», emphasized the National President.
