The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, said this Tuesday that the years 2017 and 2018 will be of a revolutionary counter-offensive to raise Venezuela in the economic, political, cultural and social scopes.
The President emphasized that the Plan of the Homeland is the instrument of battle to raise Venezuela against the internal and external aggressions that our country has suffered since the departure of the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chavez Frias.
«The years 2017-2018 have to be the years of recovery, of the victorious economic, political, social and cultural counter-offensive of the Revolution and of the whole Homeland … Always with the Plan of the Homeland», he said.
This was announced from the Carabobo Battlefield, in Carabobo state, where was held the Grand Plenary of the Homeland Congress.
