PSUV is committed to meeting agreements reached at the dialogue table

The leader of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Jorge Rodríguez, extended the congratulations to the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, for the achievements at the table of dialogue convened by his Government, and announced the commitment by the red party to comply with all agreements reached by the parties.
“We express our appreciation and congratulations to the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro … (he) is the politician who has called for dialogue the most,” he said at a press conference, offered this Monday from the city of Caracas.
Jorge Rodríguez, who is part of the commission appointed by President Nicolás Maduro for dialogue with the opposition parties, said: “We will comply with all the agreements that were established at the table of dialogue.”
Rodríguez asked the MUD to acknowledge the PSUV as a political force that has won numerous electoral victories. “We demand the recognition of a political force that has won 18 out of 20 elections,” he said.
Rodríguez stressed that the party (PSUV) is ready to go to (parliamentary) elections in the State of Amazonas, after agreeing that point at the dialogue table last Saturday.
