Hinterlaces: 65% of Venezuelans believe the MUD is very divided


A survey made by the Hinterlaces polling company, released on Sunday by journalist José Vicente Rangel on his “Jose Vicente Hoy” (Jose Vicente Today) program, reveals that a 65% of Venezuelans believe that the opposition in Venezuela is “very divided”.
“A 31% believes that the opposition is divided and another 4% does not know, nor answers,” points out the statistical study, based on 1,580 interviews conducted between October 22 and November 2.
A 66% of respondents believe that the opposition only talks about ousting the president, Nicolas Maduro, but do not have a plan to solve the current economic problems.
Another 64% believe that the opposition has no leader to represent them, while a 31% does believe it has it, and the remaining 3% did not respond.
In addition, a 68% of respondents agree on that the MUD should help the Head of State to solve the economic problems, a 29% do not share this view, and a 3% reserved their response.
When asked: Do you agree or disagree with those who say that the opposition is directed by the actors of the Fourth Republic?, a 62% answered “yes”, a 34% said “no” and a 4% did not expressed their opinion.
A 77% of respondents felt that is needed new people to lead the opposition, and a 64% believe that this political sector does not have a strong leader to represent it.
