The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, emphasized that the ongoing political-territorial revolution constitutes the first line of defense of the Homeland. He highlighted that this transformation is based on an organized people and a network of popular self-government.
“It is an organized people, it is a network of popular self-government, and now, a Communal Government of Transition to Socialism,” expressed the head of state during his address. This model seeks to implement the Seven Lines of Transformation of the Homeland, consolidating the path towards a free, sovereign, and democratic Venezuela.
The national leader recalled the strategic concept of the 3Rs, originally launched by Commander Hugo Chávez in 2008 and subsequently reinforced. He also mentioned the 3R.NETS proposal formulated during the pandemic in January 2022, as an adaptation to the new global challenges:
“This formula is very popular around the world: we rode through 2022, the pandemic, the economic recovery, 2023, conspiracy, economic recovery,” Maduro explained. He detailed that the Chavista 3Rs mean to resist the blockade, sanctions, and threats; being reborn in the original ideas; and revolutionizing by changing everything necessary.
In this context, President Maduro stressed that a true revolution must constantly renew itself: “A true revolution has to be changing and renewing itself every day; it cannot remain like stagnant water.” This philosophy of permanent change guides the Venezuelan transformative process.
President Maduro reaffirmed his full support for the political and social transition the country is experiencing: “Transition in Venezuela, of course I agree, and our people agree, that is why we talk about the new era of transition to socialism.” This statement consolidates the nation’s strategic direction.
Finally, the president recalled that since 2021, there has begun a talk of a new historical era: “We are already in the very heart of a new era of transition towards a new society, a new multipolar world.”
Venezuela thus positions itself as an active protagonist in the global geopolitical transformation, carrying with it the moral force of the liberators of America.
