President Maduro calls to complete the formation of the Bolivarian Councils of Integral Base

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced this Monday the formation of 145,465 Bolivarian Councils of Integral Base (CBBI) throughout the country, while also calling for the completion of the goal of 100% coverage of the national territory within the next three days.

Through an audiovisual presentation on his official channel on Telegram, the Head of State detailed the timeline for achieving this objective: “This Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, we will complete 100 percent coverage nationwide, and on Saturday, November 15, we will hold the swearing-in ceremony for the 260,000 CBBI, in order to advance and remain active with commitment and loyalty in defense of the territory and Peace,” he stated.

In his message, President Maduro emphasized the historic nature of this initiative, stating that Venezuela is building «the most immense and powerful political force ever known in South American history.» He concluded this part of his address with an exaltation: «Long live the United Socialist Party of Venezuela!»

During his speech, the national dignitary made special reference to the legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez, whom he defined as «the great democratizer of the new state under construction.» He also highlighted that, thanks to Chávez’s work, they have become his successors: «Executing and overcoming obstacles and becoming ever more consistent in theory and practice,» affirmed Maduro, underscoring the fidelity to the original political project.

The Bolivarian Councils of Integral Base represent the grassroots structure of the ruling party and aim to organize and mobilize communities, reaffirming their role in defending national sovereignty and consolidating peace.
