The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, described as positive the work journey after welcoming the new ambassadors from five nations. The presentation of their Credentials took place this Wednesday, August 27, in the «Sol del Perú» Hall of Miraflores Palace, in Caracas.
During the meeting, the head of state highlighted the historic strength of the Venezuelan people: «In Venezuela, you will find the strength of the historic courage that is in our blood,» he said, expressing his gratitude for the international recognition and support in defending the country’s sovereignty and peace.
Through his social media accounts, the Venezuelan president emphasized that a cooperation agenda was established in the talks with the ambassadors of Belarus, Cambodia, Ivory Coast, Hungary, and Azerbaijan. The objective is to establish joint goals for the mutual benefit of the people, under the precepts of Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy.
He emphasized that this diplomacy is one of dignity and «comes from Bolívar and Chávez,» representing the heart of a noble people: «We don’t bow down to anyone!» he affirmed, reaffirming the sovereign stance of the national government.
The meeting allowed for the deepening of bilateral relations and the development of strategic areas. These ties are based on principles such as self-determination, sovereignty, respect, and equality, setting major goals for cooperation with regions such as Africa, Europe, and Asia.
Finally, the President expressed his gratitude for the international cooperation aimed at the economic, commercial, and cultural development of Venezuela. He called for working for the good of the country and for a fundamental human principle: «So that humanity will be humane”, on the base of entrepreneurship and major common goals.
