This Tuesday began the third phase of the Peace Quadrants strategic plan, focusing on citizen security, national defense, and territorial unity. This phase is part of the objectives of the Organic Law of the Plan de la Patria (Homeland Plan) 2025-2031, which promotes popular unity, sovereignty, and national development. This was emphasized by Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, who highlighted that this initiative consolidates peace and integrity In the country.
The president emphasized that this plan seeks to strengthen collaboration between security forces and communities through the Communal Circuits, in order to promote harmonious coexistence: «The people has transformed Venezuela into a territory of peace, harmony, and daily progress,» he stated.
During an event in La Guaira, Maduro emphasized the importance of the alliance between the People’s Power and security forces as a key strategy for maintaining stability: «The Peace Quadrants have proven their effectiveness since their implementation, generating control, community intelligence, and improved police performance,» he noted.
He also noted that this policy has allowed the neutralization of criminal gangs financed from abroad, contributing to the pacification of the country: «Today we are moving towards the definitive integration of the Peace Quadrants and the Communal Circuits, guaranteeing security and tranquility for all Venezuelans,» he concluded.
This new phase seeks to consolidate citizen peace and deepen the territorial prevention and control model throughout the country.
