141 Migrants arrive in the country from the United States

This Tuesday, a new group of migrants arrived in the country from the United States. Through the Vuelta a la Patria (Return to the Homeland) Plan, 141 Venezuelans arrived to the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía on a direct flight. This was announced by the authorities of the Great Mission through their Telegram channel.

It is worth remembering that the repatriation of Venezuelans to their homeland is an initiative of the national government, which guarantees them a safe return, medical and legal care upon arrival, as well as the necessary assistance to reintegrate and work for their country, in the case of those who sold everything upon leaving.

«Venezuelan authorities are receiving a new group of 141 Venezuelan migrants at the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, returned to the country via a direct flight from the United States as part of the Great Mission Vuelta a la Patria,» is the message posted by the authorities on the messaging channel.

To date, more than 5,000 Venezuelans have arrived in the country through the Vuelta a la Patria Plan.

The last flight that arrived this month was on June 6, when 192 Venezuelans arriving from Texas also set foot on Venezuelan soil after constant persecution based solely on their nationality.

On that occasion, 10 children, 156 men, and 26 women were counted. These 192 were added to the total number of repatriated migrants, which rose to 5,671, and with this new flight, the total number of citizens reached 5,812.
