Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez led a work session of the Council of Vice Presidents, which addressed guidelines established by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, for strengthening the country’s states. During the meeting were discussed strategies related to the productive capacities and economic and geographic characteristics of each entity, through the Seven Transformations (7T) Plan.
One of the central points was the evaluation of the five fundamental lines of work: The 1×10 System of Good Government, the establishment of the Communal and Popular Self-Government Systems, the implementation of the Social Great Missions, and the strengthening of national security, with the purpose of consolidating peace and guaranteeing citizen well-being.
In this context, the governor of Guayana Esequiba state, Neil Villamizar, presented the state’s development plan, highlighting policies in key areas such as education, housing, electricity, and roads. This proposal aims to improve residents’ quality of life through projects that boost regional growth.
The Council of Vice Presidents also analyzed strategies to boost the productive sector and prioritize actions aimed at optimizing economic development in each region. The discussions seek to establish a work plan aligned with the country’s needs and strengthen management mechanisms.
With these advances, the national government reaffirms its commitment to consolidating policies aimed at national progress and stability, through concrete action plans adapted to the realities of each state.
