As part of the economic emergency and with the aim of streamlining the processes of the Communal Government System, this Saturday the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, signed two decrees: one for the creation of the «Together, Everything is Possible» National Corporation as a corporation of the Concrete Action Agenda and to immediately support communities; and the other for the creation of the Special Communal Investment Fund to triple the direct and complementary investment.
These announcements were made during an event in the Carlos Soublette parish of the Vargas municipality in La Guaira state, where rehabilitated residential blocks were delivered in the 10 de Marzo development.
The Head of State announced that the Corporation will go into effect next Monday, May 19, throughout the national territory, and emphasized that the corporation will have a supervision and maintenance plan: «That is, every project carried out will have a guaranteed guarantee.»
Maduro also ordered that all projects constructed by the «Together Everything is Possible» Corporation be guaranteed maintenance and supervision.
«I have ordered that the National Corporation «Together Everything is Possible» deliver the projects with a maintenance guarantee. Any work that is started is a work that must be finished for the people, and the money goes further. And communities must cultivate maintenance and educate ourselves,» he said.
Regarding the Special Communal Investment Fund, the President emphasized that it will triple resources in the communal circuits: «Corporation and Fund, what we are moving forward with is the people and the government governing.»
July 27th Consultation:
President Maduro announced that the next National Popular Consultation will be held on July 27th, focused on promoting youth-led community projects:
«On Sunday, July 27th, hours before celebrating the victory of last July 28th, we will hold a consultation on the youth project. We must activate mechanisms so that youth begin to get involved in projects in each community. We must take care of youth because they are the community, the guarantee of the Venezuela of the future. We must give them every opportunity and allow them to be protagonists of the new direct democracy we are writing,» he added.
